At CASPIAN HOMES, our warranty is our promise to deliver the quality and responsiveness you expect. We are accountable to you and your satisfaction is our top priority. 


We offer a 10-year structural warranty and a 1-year warranty on most other components. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your home performance, we want to hear about it. Our continued improvement is dependent on your feedback.

Why a structural warranty?

A home warranty plan is a limited service agreement that protects a home’s critical systems and appliances. When an eligible failure occurs due to normal wear and tear, you won’t be on the hook for the bill.​


Every year, 7 out of 10 homes will experience a repair on a system or appliance. These repairs (and replacements, if needed) can cost hundreds to thousands of dollars, but a home warranty provides an affordable layer of extra protection.

What's covered?

  • 10 full years of structural defect coverage for load-bearing components.
  • 1 full years of distribution systems surety coverage against defects in wiring, piping, and ductwork in electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
  • 1 full year of surety coverage against defects in workmanship and materials.
